New to Yoga?
We understand that yoga can seem intimidating if you haven’t done it before … So, we run classes specifically for beginners to learn the basics and have plenty of mixed level classes where beginners can continue their yoga journey in confidence. You do not need to be able to touch your toes or do anything other than breathe. Come and join us!

We run regular events and workshops on Saturdays and Sundays, hosted by our own and visiting teachers. These are an opportunity to spend a longer period of time on your practice, or a related activity. We run monthly sound experiences and introductions to different elements of yoga. Most events are open to all so why not take a look at our forthcoming sessions?
