Terms and Conditions

1. Booking

All classes must be booked and paid for online, in advance, via our website.  The first time you book with us you will need to register, which is a simple process.

2. Class Passes 

All class passes have expiry dates and must be used within set timescales.  Expiry dates are listed in your online account in My Account > My Credits.  No refunds or extensions are given for unused classes.

3. Punctuality

Please arrive at least five minutes before the class start time, ideally ten minutes.  We are a small studio and the door is locked when the class starts.  Unfortunately, if you are late, you will not be able to join the class.

4. Cancellation Policy

 All classes, courses and events must be cancelled via your account on the website.

a)      Classes

Early cancellation (up to 4 hours before class start time)

  • Class bookings cancelled up to 4 hours before the class start time will receive a full refund. If you paid with a class pass, the class will be credited back to your pass.

Late cancellation (within 4 hours of class start time)

  • Class bookings cancelled within 4 hours of the class start time will not be refunded

 b)      Workshops, events and courses

  •  If you cancel a workshop, event or course, the fee will be credited back to your online account for use against future events or class pack purchases. However, for cancellations made more than 7 days before the advertised start date we will refund payment (less a 10 per cent administration fee) to your original payment method on request – please contact us and we will process this for you.

  • For cancellations less than 7 days before the course or workshop start date no refunds will be made.

  • If the course or event is full and we can fill your place from the waiting list, your fee will be credited to your account in full or refunded to the original payment method (less a 10 per cent administration fee).
