Yoga for Sleep and Relaxation with Amie George

A calming class to help you integrate conscious rest into your daily life. We will access the parasympathetic nervous system through gentle stretches and breathwork to calm anxiety, quiet the mind, and improve sleep.

People with anxiety, stress or anyone who struggles with their sleep will benefit from this class.

This class is suitable for complete beginners and is accessible to all.

Aime will use her Restorative and Yin Teacher training knowledge to guide you through this practice.
