Get to know us
Take the Beginners Course
This is the best place to start if you are completely new. You’ll be with others at the same stage and you will have plenty of time to learn the basics and ask questions. It’s informal and supported by video lessons to practice at home.
Join a Beginners Class
We have classes aimed at beginners which are another great way to get started. There will be a range of experiences in this class but you can still join in with no previous yoga knowledge. You will be made to feel very welcome.
Done yoga before?
If you have done a little, or a lot, of yoga previously, there are many options on our timetable including hatha and flowing classes with a range of intensities. Our descriptions go into plenty of detail about each class and what to expect.

Everyone can take advantage of this offer, including if you have done our Beginners Course or taken a single class. Unlimited classes for 21 days - try all our different classes and teachers.
Need to understand our prices?
We have a wide range of no-contract membership options including unlimited, plus class packs and pay-as-you-go. We also offer a pay-what-you-can scheme and donations on certain classes.
Think you can’t do yoga?
Our mission includes a commitment to make yoga accessible to as many people as possible. We have a wide range of props and offer chair yoga and other inclusive options in many of our classes.

We are a yoga studio with a difference. When you spend money with us, it doesn’t go to shareholders or into dividends.
We put all our profits back into making yoga accessible to as many people as possible.
We also try to keep as much money as possible into the local economy - employing local teachers and trading with Stockport businesses.
