Hello, my name is Helena and I live in Davenport with my husband Clive.

I first started to come to Upward Frog in 2019, and, I was immediately impressed with the studio. I was made to feel very welcome. As I grew in confidence I really started to enjoy practicing my yoga.

I try to come to three classes a week. I’m looking forward to being a student representative and to being a ‘voice’ for my fellow students by working and engaging closely with Emma and the Advisory Group. I’m excited to help to take Upward Frog to the next level. 

Outside of the yoga studio I work as a freelance Classical/Opera singer. With my sister Becky I run Little Pixie Productions, we create, produce, and tour professional family and classical based shows. We also produce some dramas and podcasts digitally. 

I enjoy good food, cooking, crocheting and going to as many shows and concerts as I can get to.
