It’s time to go Beyond Beginners

Build on your Beginners Course with 30 new poses and space to build more confidence in your yoga practice

Held over six weeks, this course is perfect for you if:

🤍 You've done our Beginners Course and frankly didn't want it to end

🤍 You already know some yoga and want a structure to build on your knowledge

🤍 You've done a few classes and want to start again but not at the very beginning

🤍 You want to rebuild your confidence after a break from yoga or an injury

What you will learn

By the end of this six week course you will have learned:

  • a further 30 poses to add to those learned on the Beginners Course

  • new standing, seated and arm balancing poses

  • how to develop the actions of twisting, balancing, forward and backward bending

  • alignment guidance for all the poses practiced

  • modifications that you can take (and props you can use) to make poses work for your body

  • how to manage your props in class including restorative props

You will finish the course feeling confident to join any of other timetabled classes at Upward Frog.

All the equipment you need, such as a mat, bricks and blocks, is provided at the studio.

This is a multi-format course and you will receive a PDF course manual with poses/sequences, and weekly videos to practice at home.
