Vitality: Yoga for Menopause and Beyond

This class is for women who are approaching menopause, in the thick of it, sailing though it, or out the other side. It is an opportunity to practice alongside women at a similar life stage and celebrate the feminine strength, wisdom and power that we have in this period of our lives. There will be poses and sequences included which are only taught in this class and the practice finishes with yoga nidra and relaxation.

Previous experience of yoga would be beneficial but not essential.
