Introduction to Kundalini Yoga and Sound Meditation

An uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras. Sound meditation is a relaxing practice where the vibrations from gongs and crystal bowls will immerse you in sound.

Are you curious about Kundalini Yoga?  Where does it come from and what are the main differences with other types of yoga? And, why is it becoming so popular?

In this 2.5 hour workshop, you will learn about the history and philosophy of Kundalini yoga as well as some of the benefits of the practice.  During the workshop, Jane will guide you through a sweet little practice which will include movement, breathing, chanting and meditation.  You will feel in your body, mind and spirit what it is this school of yoga about.

After the session, you will find that this gentle practice helps to induce a deep sense of calm, clarity and focus.

Come as you are, no yoga experience or flexibility required.  No lycra pants are needed, either! Just bring comfy clothes, an open heart and mind and your charming smile.
