On the first Friday of each month we offer an extended practice of 90 minutes. Each month the class focuses on a specific aspect of our yoga practice. The focus might be a specific posture, a theme, a part of the body or a group of poses.
In November we are bringing awareness to Anahata Chakra - the spiritual heart centre.
We will be working on breathing practices and asana including gentle releases and energetic backbends to bring love, warmth, compassion and joy to the whole mind and body.
Suitable for yogis of all levels of experience.
