Welcome to #BrilliantBasics - our reference library of 30 foundational yoga poses which we practice in our beginners classes. However, these poses are certainly not just for beginners, you will find them regularly in our other classes as well. We can all benefit from practicing the basics - it helps to create a solid foundation for our lifelong yoga practice.
Each day features a different pose and gives pictures, alignment instructions and also offers modifications and cautions. If you have any questions, please ask your teacher who will be happy to help you.
